“Morrisons Offers Free Wonky Carrots for Rudolph & Co.”

Morrisons is offering more than 27 tonnes of carrots for customers to provide to Rudolph and his companions. Shoppers can receive a complimentary carrot from the “Naturally Wonky” selection between December 20 and Christmas Eve, subject to availability. These carrots may vary slightly in shape or size.

Chris Smith, Root Veg Senior Trader at Morrisons, expressed, “Christmas is a time for spreading happiness and joy, so we are excited to provide our younger customers with a free wonky carrot to leave out for Rudolph and friends on Christmas Eve. Our Naturally Wonky range supports British farmers, minimizes waste, and offers customers an affordable option that still tastes excellent.”

This initiative coincides with various major UK supermarkets reducing the prices of Christmas vegetables to as low as 5p, including potatoes, carrots, parsnips, cabbage, and Brussels sprouts. A comprehensive list of discounted Christmas vegetables is available below.
