“Former Conservative Staffer Guilty of Bullying in Parliamentary Inquiry”

A recent official parliamentary inquiry has uncovered that a former Conservative staffer who switched to the Reform party exhibited bullying behavior towards a colleague. Robbie Lammas, previously working under Richard Holden MP, was found guilty of bullying by Parliament’s Independent Complaints and Grievance Scheme (ICGS). Allegedly, Lammas intimidated a junior staff member and demanded a hug following a tense encounter last year.

The investigation concluded that Lammas misused his authority, causing distress to the woman and fostering a hostile work environment. Witnesses reported that Lammas raised his voice, made false accusations against the colleague, and made threatening statements implying potential dismissal.

Having previously held positions within the Conservative Government and CCHQ, Lammas publicly joined Reform UK during the Conservative Party Conference in Manchester. Subsequently, multiple former colleagues accused him of inappropriate conduct, including allegations of sexual harassment and intrusive behavior towards female staff members.

In response, Lammas vehemently denied any wrongdoing, attributing the complaints to resentment from CCHQ and Richard Holden regarding his party switch. Reform UK has been contacted for their input on the matter.
