“French Woman Makes History with Life Sentence for Gruesome Murder”

A horrifying incident unfolded in Paris when a 12-year-old girl named Lola Daviet was subjected to a brutal assault that led to her death. The perpetrator, Dahbia Benkired, a 24-year-old homeless Algerian immigrant, was swiftly apprehended by the police and subsequently became the first woman in French history to receive a life sentence without the possibility of parole for her heinous crimes.

Court proceedings revealed the chilling details of Lola’s final moments. The young girl, known for enjoying camping trips with her family, encountered Benkired outside her apartment building. Security footage captured Benkired gaining unauthorized access to the building and stalking the corridors before encountering Lola. Tragically, these were the last moments captured of Lola alive as she was lured by Benkired under false pretenses, leading to her tragic fate.

Benkired admitted to forcing Lola to shower before sexually assaulting her and ultimately ending her life by suffocating her. The perpetrator callously left the girl to perish before disposing of her body in a suitcase. After cleaning the crime scene, Benkired was captured on CCTV dragging the suitcase containing Lola’s remains out of the building.

During the trial, the victim’s family described Benkired as a “monster devil,” highlighting the brutality of her actions. Benkired was sentenced to life imprisonment for her monstrous deeds, joining the ranks of other notorious criminals serving similar sentences, such as Salah Abdeslam, a member of the ISIS group responsible for the tragic Paris attacks in 2015.
