This update is set to roll out on April 1 for Virgin TV 360 and Stream box customers. To access Sky Atlantic shows like Heated Rivalry and The Last Of Us without any extra charges, viewers simply need to tune in to channel 111 on the Virgin TV platform or use on-demand services and Virgin TV Go.
David Bouchier, Chief TV and Entertainment Officer at Virgin Media O2, emphasized the company’s commitment to providing great value entertainment by offering Sky Atlantic to over a million Virgin TV customers at no extra cost. The channel features captivating dramas and stories from the UK and the US, promising an enriching viewing experience.
Meanwhile, Sky has unveiled a new Ultimate TV plan that incorporates premium channels, including Disney+, Netflix, Hayu, and the upcoming HBO Max app. Priced at £24, this comprehensive plan will be accessible on Sky Glass, Sky Stream, and Sky Q platforms. Sophia Ahmad, Sky’s Chief Consumer Officer, hailed this update as a “new era” for Sky and NOW, consolidating Sky, Netflix, Disney+, HBO Max, and Hayu under one subscription.
